Community Wealth Building Workshops | Argyll Series
You’re Invited.
The Resource Collective and the Centre for Local Economic Strategies (CLES) warmly invite you to an important workshop exploring Community Wealth Building (CWB) in Argyll next month. The workshop forms part of the work that our organisations have been commissioned to undertake by the Argyll and Bute Community Planning Partnership - undertaking research work into advancing CWB across Argyll and Bute.
The Scottish Government has adopted a CWB approach as a key practical means to achieve wellbeing economy objectives outlined in the National Strategy for Economic Transformation (NSET). Many areas and communities across Scotland are advancing the agenda.
WHAT?
We're holding four workshops across Argyll and Bute, covering the Local Area Community Planning Group Geographies. The events are free and we're looking forward to having you with us at the one that is best located for you. We know there are already great things happening in our communities and places across Argyll and Bute, and we'd love to have your views and voice heard as part of this consultation. No prior knowledge of CWB is required. It will all be explained on the day, with ample time for your own input to help shape this agenda moving forward and advance your own work.
